PAUL Y. MASUOKA
President
Paul Masuoka is President of the Pacific Appliance Group, Inc. After joining the team in 2000, Paul led the way to ensure that Pacific Appliance is a part of every community in Hawaii by offering its customers the best choices backed by local, reliable service.
Paul established for Developers, Builders, Property Managers, Realtors and individual homeowners seeking a new refrigerator, washer and dryer, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave or oven - a range of brands that provide great performance and value on a variety of appliances now available at the Pacific Appliance Group.
In addition to expanding choices, Paul's years of experience and success in the industry has been built on an unwavering principle that great customer service is built one customer at a time.

TRACY NG
Account Manager
Tracy Ng is well-known for her work with property managers, realtors and interior designers in her role as Account Manager. Since 2007, Tracy has represented the Pacific Appliance Group and it is her prior experience as an entrepreneur/owner of her own business that helps provide keen insight on what many customers want and expect.
Tracy's customers love her recommendations as they are not only the best products for the price point - she also offers solutions that the end-consumer appreciates. Great service is her hallmark. Tracy noted that, "I make things as fun and stress-free as possible for my customers to find the appliance that best fits their lifestyle and their budget."

BOB SUGAHARA
Contract Sales Manager
With over 40 years of experience, Bob Sugahara is the Builder Appliance expert at Pacific Appliance and understands what is required to provide for the needs of builders, developers, contractors, and architects. While Bob has many project accomplishments, The Wailea Resort and The Kapalua Resort were highlights as Bob fulfilled all the Whirlpool and KitchenAid appliances for these homes in what have become very well-established communities..
Sugahara receives high Customer Satisfaction reviews which he attributes to listening to customer needs and then matching up the perfect appliance to help make their life easier. Bob mentioned that, "It is very rewarding when a customer remembers buying appliances from me 15 or 20 years ago and asks me to help them again."
Bob has been with Pacific Appliance Group since 2000 and was previously Appliance Manager for Mid Pac Lumber and A & B Commercial that included responsibilities for Sales, Inventories, Repairs and Deliveries. Bob attended Pasadena City College and Woodbury College and also proudly served in the Armed Forces

CY DOMINGO
Office Manager
Cy keeps the office running smoothly as the Operations Manager. She works with employees, our customers and vendors to ensure that logistics and communications are flowing and that the organization is performing at a high-level to meet our customer's expectations
Domingo came to Pacific Appliance Group in 2002 after working as an Accounting Assistant at DSR, Inc. and Night Auditor with Doubletree/Hilton Hotels with a Business Administration/Accounting degree
Cy's flexibility and personal commitment are what drive her to fulfill the needs of employees and customers alike

MEL FUJIMOTO
Account Manager
Mel's extensive product knowledge has been built over 20 years in the industry. Originally from Maui and now on Oahu, his work experience as a sales manager for OK TV and American Cabinetry provided a baseline that has grown into a comprehensive understanding of home, kitchen and laundry essentials.
Fujimoto is highly motivated and results-oriented. He consistently seeks out the best options for his customers at Pacific Appliance Group and he is known for his expertise and attention to detail.

ALLAN GIANSIRACUSA
Maui, Account Manager
Allan Giansiracusa, fondly known as Al G., hails from Santa Cruz, California and graduated from Holy Cross College. After service in the Armed Forces, he managed an appliance and electronics store in California. When Al moved to Hawaii, he worked as an appliance manager for Monarch Building Supply and also for Midpac Lumber before joining the team at Pacific Appliance Group.
With his 40 years of experience, Al G. is well-known in the Maui community as well as among his numerous clients. He is appreciated for his vast knowledge in the appliance industry and his care and thoroughness to deliver the best product(s) that fit the buyer’s needs.
